For well and water-system operators
Pump-out, no-water emergencies, and "the water tastes funny" calls fill the route. Drilling work belongs to a licensed driller, not a service tech, and the right answer when a customer asks for a quote on drilling is always "I'll refer you to someone licensed for that." Reeve runs that script and schedules everything else.
What gets handled
- Pump-replacement scheduling. Reeve answers, asks the right questions (system age, well depth if known, pressure-tank symptoms, address), and books the on-site assessment.
- No-water emergency dispatch. "No water" gets priority routing with after-hours surcharge applied. Reeve doesn't sit on emergencies in the queue.
- Drilling referral. New-well drilling requires a licensed driller. Reeve always refers — never auto-quotes the drilling work.
- Water-quality testing scheduling. Filtration recommendations require a water-quality test first. Reeve books the test before drafting any system recommendation.
- Filtration system install scheduling. Standard filtration installs at the prices you've set, after the water test confirms the system needed.
- Invoicing. Invoice ships after each service. Past-due follow-ups go out automatically. Payment lands in your Stripe account.
Why this fits well & water specifically
Well work is licensed in most states, water-quality reporting is regulated, and drilling is genuinely out of scope for a pump-and-filtration operator. The right answer to "can you drill me a well" is always "I'll refer you" — every time, without trying to push the work into your scope. Reeve runs that boundary consistently.
Reeve doesn't replace the technician. It replaces the drilling-referral conversation, the water-test-before-quote workflow, and the late-invoice chase.
What it costs
Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.
How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts — every booking, every drilling referral, every water-test scheduling. After thirty days, routine pump-outs and standard filtration installs ship on their own; emergency no-water calls and complex system recommendations stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.
