For tutors and academic centers

The student texts to reschedule. The parent pays the bill but sometimes doesn't know about the schedule changes the student initiated. Under-16s need parent confirmation; under-18s need parent confirmation for billing. Reeve runs the right script for the right age and routes to the right adult, every time.

What gets handled

• Recurring session management. Weekly 1:1s, small groups, test-prep blocks — Reeve maintains the cadence, sends day-before reminders, handles routine reschedules within authorization rules.
• Parent confirmation gating. Under-16 students requesting schedule changes get the parent confirmation routed through automatically. Under-18s on billing changes — same. The household record routes the right message to the right adult.
• Tutor sick-day rebooking. When a tutor's out, Reeve coordinates the rebook with parent confirmation and applies your no-penalty rule.
• Summer-break cadence. Sessions pause automatically June 15 – Aug 15 unless explicitly continued. Fall ramp-up reaches out with the new-year cadence.
• Group-session split-billing. Group sessions get split-billed across the parent records on file. Payment lands in your Stripe account.

How it earns trust

The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts. After thirty days, recurring rebooks and standard parent confirmations ship on their own; multi-student schedule conflicts and billing changes stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.
