What gets handled
- Multi-stylist booking. Reeve answers, asks the right questions (service, preferred stylist, cut/color/ both), and books on the right chair with the right duration.
- First-time patch test. New color clients require a 48-hour patch test before the first color appointment. Reeve refuses to book the color until the patch test is on the calendar.
- Recurring color cycles. 6-week color, 8-week highlights, monthly toner refresh — Reeve sends the proactive rebook reminder at the right point in each client's cadence.
- Cancellation policy enforcement. Under-24h cancellations charge 50%. Reeve runs the script consistently and applies the charge.
- Invoicing. Invoice ships from the front desk after each appointment. Tips routed to the right stylist. Payment lands in your Stripe account.

How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts. After thirty days, recurring rebooks and standard appointments ship on their own; first-time color clients and cancellation fees stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.
