For pest-control operators
Most of your revenue is recurring — quarterly treatments, annual termite re-inspections, ongoing commercial accounts. The rest is one-off emergency calls. Both paths need the safety brief (pets and children must be away during treatment), the chemical-use record, and the follow-up that keeps the contract alive. Reeve handles all three so you can stay on the route.
What gets handled
- Initial inspection booking. Reeve answers, asks the right questions (pest type, severity, structure type, any recent treatments), and books the inspection window — with the safety brief queued for confirmation.
- Pre-treatment safety confirmation. Pets and children must be away during treatment, and pre-treatment access prep is required. Reeve runs the script the same way every time and refuses to confirm a booking until the customer has acknowledged it.
- Recurring treatment reminders. Quarterly treatments, annual termite re-inspections, monthly commercial service — Reeve reaches out at the right time and books the visit, applying the contract pricing automatically.
- Pesticide-use reporting. The structured data you need for monthly state filings is captured at booking time and on the post-service summary, ready to export. Reeve doesn't file for you, but it makes filing a five-minute job instead of a half-day.
- Invoicing and renewals. Invoice ships after service. Annual contract renewals get the proactive reminder thirty days out. Payment lands in your Stripe account.
Why this fits pest control specifically
Pest control is regulated chemical use, recurring contracts, and a customer base that genuinely needs the safety brief — not as compliance theater but as actual safety. Reeve doesn't rush past the pre-treatment checks for a "trust me, the cat will be in the basement" customer. The safety conversation happens consistently, every time, regardless of how inconvenient.
Reeve doesn't replace the technician. It replaces the quarterly-reminder spreadsheet, the safety-script-by-rote, and the contract-renewal follow-up you keep meaning to send.
What it costs
Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.
How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts — every booking, every safety-confirmation script, every reminder. After thirty days, recurring-treatment reminders and routine bookings ship on their own; new-customer inspections and any safety-brief failure stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.

Reeve is in private beta with a small number of design partners. Pest control is one of the verticals we're prioritizing for the first cohort. Register your interest or write to hello@reeve.tools.
