Reeve

For painters

Single-room interiors and exterior re-coats live in the quotable middle ground; whole-house jobs and pre-1978 properties don't. Reeve runs the qualifying conversation, triggers lead-paint disclosure when the home age requires it, and books the on-site walk for everything that needs eyes on the work.

What gets handled

Why this fits painting specifically

Painting is regulation-edge work — the EPA RRP rule turns a routine interior job into a federally regulated one when the paint chips and the house was built before 1978. The qualification conversation is the difference between a clean job and a fine. Reeve runs that conversation consistently and refuses to paint over what shouldn't be painted over.

Reeve doesn't replace the painter. It replaces the estimate- scheduling overhead, the build-year verification, and the color-confirmation-in-writing step you sometimes skip.

What it costs

Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.

How it earns trust

The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts. After thirty days, routine room quotes and walk-through scheduling ship on their own; pre-1978 jobs and full-house exteriors stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.
