For mobile mechanics
You're elbow-deep in a serpentine belt in someone's driveway. The next two customers are texting for an ETA. Your route is optimized for the morning but afternoon already needs re-shuffling. Reeve is the dispatcher that talks to the next customer while you finish the current one — and reshuffles the afternoon based on real time, not the route you planned at 7am.
What gets handled
- Service-call intake. Reeve answers the phone or text, asks the right questions (year/make/model, symptom, address, preferred time window), and books the slot — with enough detail that you arrive with the right tools and parts.
- Live ETA updates. When the morning's job runs long, the afternoon customers don't sit wondering. Reeve texts the next stop with a real ETA and offers to reschedule if it's slipped past their tolerance.
- Quotes for routine work. Oil change, brake pads, battery, alternator — standard jobs with prices you've set. Diagnostic-required jobs get the diagnostic fee quote and stay flagged for your judgment.
- Recurring maintenance reminders. Six-month reminders for fleet customers; mileage-based prompts for individual customers; seasonal prompts (winterization, A/C charge) at the right time of year.
- Invoicing and collections. Invoice ships from the driveway after the job. Past-due follow-ups go out automatically. Stripe runs the payment; the money goes to your account.
Why this fits mobile work specifically
Mobile mechanics live in route-vs-reality tension: the day's plan survives the first ten minutes. You can't be on the phone when you're on your back under a truck. You can't update the afternoon customers between every job because you're already behind. Reeve handles the conversational overhead so you can finish the work in front of you.
Reeve doesn't replace the mechanic. It replaces the dispatcher you don't have, the route-shuffling math you do in your head, and the invoice you keep meaning to send when you get home.
What it costs
Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. Stripe transaction fees pass through to your Stripe account directly. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.
How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts. After thirty days, the routine bookings and ETA updates start shipping on their own; consequential things (an unusual quote, a refund request) stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.

Reeve is in private beta with a small number of design partners. Mobile services are a priority vertical for the first cohort. If your shop is your truck and your day is your customers, register your interest or write to hello@reeve.tools.
