For mobile auto detailers
Sun, dry pavement, water hookup, power outlet — your work needs all four. The customer who insists on the wash during a 70%-rain Saturday is the customer whose ceramic coating cures wrong and the customer who tells the neighborhood about it. Reeve runs the weather check and the site check so your route is the route that actually works.
What gets handled
- Service intake. Reeve answers, asks the right questions (vehicle type, size, condition, services wanted, address, water/power access), and books the appointment if the conditions check out.
- Weather-window enforcement. Forecast shows rain or temps below 45°F? Reeve flags the booking for reschedule and offers the next clear window. Doesn't override the policy because the customer "really wants to get this done."
- Site-check before commit. Mobile work needs water and power (or a self-contained van setup). Reeve confirms access on intake — no surprise "no water hookup" arrival.
- Paint correction + ceramic flagging. Both need in-person assessment (paint correction) or covered cure space (ceramic). Reeve flags those for your direct quote, never auto-prices.
- Recurring schedule management. Monthly maintenance customers get the rebook reminders without you tracking them.
- Invoicing and collections. Invoice ships from the van after each detail. Past-due follow-ups go out automatically. Payment lands in your Stripe account.
Why this fits mobile detailing specifically
Detailing is weather-dependent, site-dependent, and quality- sensitive. The pushback from "let's do it anyway in the rain" customers is real and it's the difference between a clean finish and a callback. The script that holds the policy consistently is what protects your work.
Reeve doesn't replace the detailer. It replaces the weather- check overhead, the site-confirmation conversation, and the rebook-after-rain outreach.
What it costs
Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.
How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts. After thirty days, routine wash bookings and recurring rebooks ship on their own; paint correction and ceramic coating quotes stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.

Reeve is in private beta with a small number of design partners. Mobile detailing is one of the verticals we're prioritizing for the first cohort. Register your interest or write to hello@reeve.tools.
