For masons
Brick repointing, chimney repair, foundation cracks, concrete patio work — every job is unique enough that phone-quoting is a guarantee of being wrong. Reeve runs the on-site-assessment booking workflow and refuses to commit to a price sight- unseen, including the foundation cracks that should go to a structural engineer first.
What gets handled
- On-site assessment booking. Reeve answers, asks the right questions (work type, location on the property, age, photos if helpful), and books the assessment visit — never phone-quoting masonry work.
- Foundation-crack severity flagging. Cracks over a threshold (width, growth rate, direction) get flagged for structural-engineer referral before any masonry repair quoted. Reeve never patches over a structural problem.
- Chimney repair scheduling. Photo + on-site verification before quoting; Reeve runs the photo-request conversation consistently.
- Weather-window scheduling. Concrete pours need 48h dry-window post-pour; Reeve doesn't book against the forecast.
- Invoicing. Invoice ships after the job. Past-due follow-ups go out automatically. Payment lands in your Stripe account.
Why this fits masonry specifically
Masonry is high-variance, weather-sensitive, and structural- adjacent. The right answer to "give me a phone quote" is always "let me look first." The right answer to a 3-inch growing foundation crack is always "structural engineer before me." Reeve runs both consistently, regardless of how the customer pushes.
Reeve doesn't replace the mason. It replaces the assessment- scheduling overhead, the structural-referral conversation, and the weather-watch you'd otherwise do every booking.
What it costs
Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.
How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts — every assessment booking, every structural-referral flag, every weather-window check. After thirty days, routine assessment scheduling ships on its own; structural-adjacent work and unusual jobs stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.
