For landscapers
The work is seasonal, the route is fixed, the customers are recurring — and the back office is the spreadsheet of contract renewals, the snow-service prepay deadline you forgot to chase, and the weather-skip days that need to roll forward to the next visit. Reeve runs the route admin so you run the route.
What gets handled
- New customer intake. Reeve answers, asks the right questions (lot size, services wanted, frequency, address), and books the estimate visit if needed — or auto-quotes from your standard catalog if the request is routine.
- Seasonal contract renewals. Spring cleanups, summer mowing contracts, fall cleanups, snow service — Reeve reaches out at the right time of year with the contract terms.
- Snow-service prepay. The Nov 1 prepay deadline gets the proactive reminder. Mid-season signups get flagged for your judgment — capacity check, deposit requirement, route-fit review.
- Weather skip days. Skipped visits roll forward to the next dry day automatically; the customer gets the rebook notification without you remembering to send it.
- Invoicing and collections. Invoice ships after each visit (or monthly for contract customers). Past-due follow-ups go out automatically. Payment lands in your Stripe account.
Why this fits landscaping specifically
Landscaping is recurring-contract-driven, weather-sensitive, and route-clustered. The customers don't churn if you keep showing up; they churn if you forget to renew the contract, miss the prepay window, or skip a visit without rebooking. The administrative discipline is the customer-retention moat. Reeve runs that discipline consistently.
Reeve doesn't replace the landscaper. It replaces the contract-renewal spreadsheet, the snow-prepay chase, and the rebook-after-rain conversation.
What it costs
Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.
How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts. After thirty days, routine renewals and weather-skip rebooks ship on their own; mid-season signups, route-capacity calls, and contract changes stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.

Reeve is in private beta with a small number of design partners. Landscaping is one of the verticals we're prioritizing for the first cohort. Register your interest or write to hello@reeve.tools.
