For HVAC technicians
The first 90-degree day of summer hits and the phone won't stop. Half the calls are the same question — when can you come, how much will it cost, do you handle this brand. The jobs that pay are forty-five minutes; the day evaporates between them. Reeve is the dispatcher that handles the calls so you can finish the install.
What gets handled
- Service-call intake. Reeve answers the phone or text, asks the right questions (system type, age, symptom, address), and books the slot — with the details you need to walk in with the right parts on the truck.
- Heat-wave and cold-snap surge. When the weather flips and call volume triples, Reeve triages by severity (no heat / no cooling = priority) and books accordingly without you triaging the queue manually.
- Seasonal maintenance contracts. Spring AC tune-ups, fall furnace inspections, filter-change reminders — Reeve reaches out at the right time of year and books the visit.
- Quotes for standard work. Diagnostic call fee, capacitor swaps, filter packs, tune-ups with the prices you set. Anything outside the routine band gets flagged for your judgment.
- Invoicing and collections. Invoice ships the day of service. The thirty-day past-due follow-up goes out without you remembering to send it. Payment lands in your Stripe account, not Reeve's.
Why this fits HVAC specifically
HVAC is seasonal-spike, high-context, repeat-customer-driven. You can't be on the phone when you're on a roof. Your reputation lives in the recurring maintenance contract, not the one-off service call. Reeve runs the recurring half of the business so the install side of you can focus on the install.
Reeve doesn't replace the technician. It replaces the dispatcher you don't have, the seasonal-reminder spreadsheet you keep meaning to update, and the late-invoice chase you keep deferring.
What it costs
Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. Stripe transaction fees pass through to your Stripe account directly. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.
How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts — the booking, the quote, the invoice, the follow-up. After thirty days, the routine bookings and confirmations start shipping on their own; consequential things (an unusual install quote, a warranty dispute) stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.

Reeve is in private beta with a small number of design partners. HVAC is one of the verticals we're prioritizing for the first cohort. If your shop runs on you answering the phone while you're on a roof, register your interest or write to hello@reeve.tools.
