For mobile dog groomers
The van is your shop and the route is your day. New clients need temperament screening before you pull up to a strange house with an unknown dog; senior dogs need the gentle-clip protocol; doodles need the time the booking didn't account for. Reeve runs the qualification and the cluster math so your stops actually fit your day.
What gets handled
- New customer intake. Reeve answers, asks the right questions (breed, size, age, prior grooming history, behavioral notes, address), and either books the temperament-screening call or the standard appointment.
- Temperament screening enforcement. First-time clients with reactive or aggressive notes require a screening call before a booking. Reeve refuses to commit a slot until the screening is on the calendar.
- Senior-dog gentle-clip flag. Dogs over 10 get the gentle-clip protocol added to the booking; duration and price adjust accordingly.
- Route cluster optimization. The 15-minute travel cap between stops gets enforced — Reeve doesn't book a cross-town stop in the middle of a tight cluster.
- Invoicing and collections. Invoice ships from the van after each appointment. Past-due follow-ups go out automatically. Payment lands in your Stripe account.
Why this fits mobile grooming specifically
Mobile grooming is single-operator, route-constrained, and safety-sensitive. A bad first appointment with a reactive dog ends a relationship — or worse. The temperament- screening call exists because some new clients shouldn't become customers. Reeve runs that screening consistently and books the route to actually fit your day.
Reeve doesn't replace the groomer. It replaces the screening-call admin, the cluster-math you do at the kitchen table, and the rebook-after-no-show conversation.
What it costs
Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.
How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts. After thirty days, recurring rebooks and standard new-client intake ship on their own; reactive-dog cases and route- capacity calls stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.

Reeve is in private beta with a small number of design partners. Mobile dog grooming is one of the verticals we're prioritizing for the first cohort. Register your interest or write to hello@reeve.tools.
