For cleaning services
Recurring weekly and bi-weekly clients are the revenue backbone; one-off deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction work are the volatile half. Both need accurate scoping — and the first deep clean always needs a walkthrough. Reeve runs the booking discipline so the team arrives prepared.
What gets handled
- New customer intake. Reeve answers, asks the right questions (square footage, room count, pets, condition, frequency wanted), and either books the walkthrough or auto-quotes from your standard catalog if it's an existing-customer recurring booking.
- Walkthrough required for first deep clean. Sight-unseen flat pricing is how cleaning services lose money. Reeve flags every first deep-clean request without a walkthrough and refuses to commit a price.
- Recurring schedule management. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly — Reeve maintains the cadence, sends day-before reminders, handles reschedules without you tracking them on a notepad.
- Cancellation policy enforcement. Under-24h cancellations charge 50% per your policy; Reeve runs the script consistently and applies the charge without you having the awkward conversation.
- Invoicing and collections. Invoice ships after each clean (or monthly for recurring customers). Past-due follow-ups go out automatically. Payment lands in your Stripe account.
Why this fits cleaning specifically
Cleaning is recurring-contract-driven, scope-sensitive, and cancellation-vulnerable. The walkthrough is the difference between a profitable deep clean and a four-hour job at a two-hour price. The cancellation policy is the difference between a stable schedule and a no-show day. Reeve runs both consistently.
Reeve doesn't replace the cleaner. It replaces the booking- notepad, the cancellation-fee conversation, and the rebook-from-vacation outreach.
What it costs
Starting at $50/month per business, based on usage. Most operators in the closed beta land between $50 and $100. See pricing for the honest details on the first thirty days.
How it earns trust
The first thirty days you review every action Reeve drafts. After thirty days, recurring rebookings and standard confirmations ship on their own; first-deep-clean walkthroughs and cancellation-fee conversations stay with you. The trust is earned per action class, not declared.

Reeve is in private beta with a small number of design partners. Cleaning services are one of the verticals we're prioritizing for the first cohort. Register your interest or write to hello@reeve.tools.
